Introduction to Green Roof Design and Installation

This half-day pre-Symposium workshop presents the latest information on green roof benefits, technical standards, product innovations and design and installation best practices. It describes the full range of system types and components available to designers and discusses implementation issues for new and retrofit buildings including staging, scheduling, conveyance methods, and coordination of trades. The cost for the workshop is only $50. Approval for continuing education (professional development) hours for AIA, LEED, and ASLA professionals pending.
