Symposium Pay by Check for Governmental/Nonprofit Entities

This page lists the instructions for Governmental and Nonprofit Entities to submit their registration by check for the 2014 Great Plains LID Research and Innovation Symposium in Tulsa, OK on April 2-4, 2014.

For Governmental, Nonprofit, and other entities that cannot give money to the OSU Foundation, please follow these instructions:

Write a check to "OSU BAE" for the amount of the registration.

$125 for Symposium registration ($60 for students)
$150 for Symposium registration and Poker Tournament on Wednesday, April 2nd at 6:30pm ($85 for students)
$175 for Symposium registration and Golf Tournament on Friday, April 4th at 8:00am ($110 for students)
$200 for Symposium registration, Golf and Poker Tournaments ($135 for students)
$50 additionally for the Pre-Symposium workshop: Introduction to Green Roof Design and Installation

Write "Vogel LID Symposium" in the Notes/Memo section of the check.
Mail the check to: Oklahoma State University, Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering, Attn: Jason Vogel, 218 Ag Hall, Stillwater, OK 74078.
OSU BAE will send you a receipt notifying you of your registration.
