For non-governmental entities wishing to submit sponsorship payment by credit card, please follow these instructions:

1. Click this link: https://www.osugiving.com/bae
2. Use the drop-down menu on Designation to select "LID Competition and Symposium".
3. Write the amount of your sponsorship in dollars in the Amount section.
4. In the comment section, please list the level of sponsorship that you are giving (ie., LID Hero, Awards Gala Sponsor, Competition Sponsor, etc.). Also indicate whether or not you will not be accepting part or all of the benefits associated with your sponsorship level so that it may be properly documented.
5. Fill out all billing information, including credit card information.
6. Double check all your information.
7. Click "Donate Now"
8. A gift receipt will be sent to you by the OSU Foundation as a record of your sponsorship. Please note that the tax-deductable part of your sponsorship is equal to the value that you submit minus the value of the benefits you receive from the sponsorship. An additional thank-you letter from the Green Country Sustainable Forum will follow a week or two after the gift receipt.
9. Email Graham Brannin, GCSF Fundraising Chair, at GBrannin@cityoftulsa.org and make him aware of your sponsorship as a secondary check that we know you have submitted a sponsorship.

Please not that a small transaction fee is deducted from all credit card transactions, so if you are doing a large sponsorship, please contact GCSF Executive Director Jason Vogel at jason.vogel@okstate.edu before submitting online and consider sending a check (instructions at this link). NOTE: The amount of your contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is the difference between the money you contributed and the fair market value of the benefits received. We estimate the value of the benefits received as described below for each level. Sponsors have the option of refusing any or all benefits and the tax-deductible portion will be increased proportionally.
