Sponsorship Submission by Check

competitionlogo

For non-governmental entities wishing to pay by check, please follow these instructions:

  1. Write out a check to the "OSU Foundation" for the amount of your sponsorship.
  2. Write the fund number "21-76250" in the note section of the check.  If you do not do this, the Foundation will not know what the money is for!
  3. Mail the check to:  Oklahoma State University Foundation, 400 S. Monroe Street, Stillwater, OK 74074
  4. A gift receipt will be sent to you by the OSU Foundation as a record of your sponsorship. Please note that the tax-deductable part of your sponsorship is equal to the value that you submit minus the value of the benefits you receive from the sponsorship. An additional thank-you letter from the Green Country Sustainable Forum will follow a week or two after.
  5. Email Graham Brannin, GCSF Fundraising Chair, at GBrannin@cityoftulsa.org and make him aware of your sponsorship as a secondary check that we know you have submitted a sponsorship.

If you have any other questions regarding sponsorship payment feel free to contact GCSF Executive Director Jason Vogel at jason.vogel@okstate.edu

NOTE: The amount of your contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is the difference between the money you contributed and the fair market value of the benefits received. We estimate the value of the benefits received as described below for each level. Sponsors have the option of refusing any or all benefits and the tax-deductible portion will be increased proportionally.
