For governmental, nonprofit, and other entities that cannot give money to the OSU Foundation, please follow these instructions (not tax-deductible):

1. Write out a check to "OSU BAE" for the amount of the sponsorship.
2. Write "Vogel LID Competition" in the note section of the check.
3. Mail the check to:  Oklahoma State University, Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering, Attn: Jason Vogel, 218 Ag Hall, Stillwater, OK 74078
4. A receipt from OSU BAE and thank-you letter from the Green Country Sustainable Forum will be sent to you by the OSU BAE department as a record of your sponsorship.
5. Email Graham Brannin, GCSF Fundraising Chair, at GBrannin@cityoftulsa.org and make him aware of your sponsorship as a secondary check that we know you have submitted a sponsorship.
