For those wanting to pay by check, please follow these instructions:

1. Write a check to "OSU Foundation" in the amount of $250 for each of the sites that you are registering for.
2. In the Note/Memo section of your check, write "21-76250". This is the donation account for the LID Competition and Conference.
3. Fill our and sign the completed registration form. Please fill out a separate form for each site if you are registering for more than one site.  However, only one check is required for payment for multiple site registrations.
4. Mail the check and completed form(s) to: Oklahoma State University Foundation, 400 S. Monroe Street, Stillwater, OK 74074.
5. A receipt will be sent to you from the OSU Foundation for you records. Note that this design competition registration fee is not tax deductible as a non-profit donation.
6. E-mail a scanned copy of the registration form(s) with an original signature to Scott Grant at tulsaccd@conservation.ok.gov and Alex McLemore at alex.mclemore@okstate.edu.  They will email you a confirmation of receipt of your registration form.
