Design Team Registration Pay by Credit Card
This page lists the instructions on how to pay by credit card for the 2014 Great Plains LID Research and Innovation Symposium in Tulsa, OK on April 2-4, 2014.
To pay online by credit card, please follow the instructions below:
- Open this link in a separate tab or window: Registration Payment Link
- Use the drop-down menu to select "LID Competition and Symposium".
- Write the amount of your registration ($250 per site) in the Amount section.
- In the comment section, please leave a note stating that states "Design Team Registration" and what site you are registering for.
- Fill out the billing and payment information accordingly.
- Double check all of your information.
- Click "Donate Now".
- You will receive a receipt from the OSU Foundation as a record of your transaction. The registration payment is not tax deductible.
- E-mail a scanned copy of the registration form(s) with an original signature to Scott Grant at tulsaccd@conservation.ok.gov and Alex McLemore at alex.mclemore@okstate.edu. They will email you a confirmation of receipt of your registration form.
